Leaf Plates
In this workshop you have the option to bring a hand-sized leaf from a plant at home or forage for leaves on the workshop grounds. We will learn the basics of hand building, how to manually roll small slabs, imprint clay with our leaves, shape the artwork into a curved vessel, add a foot for support and add color (engobe) to your artwork.

Animal Sculptures
In this workshop you will learn the basics of hand building, shaping the characteristics and adding textures to animal sculpture of choice. Any animal can be chosen to be made in small scale.

Nature Textured Vessels
In this workshop you will be foraging for items in nature to add texture to your clay slab vessels (think pine cones, rocks, moss, plants, flowers...). You will learn the basics of slab building and be able to make a useful cup, bowl or planter of choice.
